  • 1998 - Project Solutions business started and Australian office opened
  • 2000 - Management buy-out by Gravity Media Group
  • 2002 - US office opened
  • 2004 - Systems Integration business started
  • 2006 - Acquired 021 Television from ITV
  • 2008 - Dubai office opened
