Gearhouse Broadcast launched Gearhouse Broadcast India Pvt. Ltd in September 2009. Gearhouse Broadcast offers three divisions through its Indian office: Systems Integration which provides broadcast system installations, upgrades or enhancements for any broadcast facility but specialises in those for outside broadcast units and studios. The Project Solutions division provides temporary broadcast facilities for live or near live events in particular in the areas Sports and Reality programming.
Gearhouse Broadcast delivered India’s first HD outside broadcast van to the Indian market for state broadcaster Doordarshan. A second HD outside broadcast van was also delivered.
