1994 – Gearhouse Broadcast was formed in UK as a Broadcast Rental and Sales company
1996 – Acquired by Gearhouse Group plc
1998 – Project Solutions business started
1998 – Australian division opened
2000 – Management buy-out of Gravity Media Group
2002 – US division opened
2004 – Systems Integration business started
2006 – Acquired 021 Television from ITV
2008 – Qatar division opened
2009 – Sold 021 Television to SIS Live
2010 – Gearhouse Broadcast PTY Ltd acquired Zero1Zero PTY LTD & the business and specific assets of On Site Broadcast (Aus)
